FlySaudi – Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all hotel bookings made through FlySaudi (“FlySaudi”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, browsing, or using the FlySaudi platform (website, mobile app, or any affiliated service), you (“User”, “Customer”, “Guest”, “you”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use FlySaudi.
1. Nature of Services
1.1 FlySaudi operates as an online booking platform providing access to hotel accommodation offered by third-party hotels, suppliers, and global distribution systems.
1.2 FlySaudi does not own, manage, or control the hotels listed on the platform.
1.3 All bookings are subject to hotel policies, availability, and final confirmation by the supplier/hotel.
1.4 FlySaudi’s responsibility is limited to transmitting your booking request and providing confirmed vouchers issued by the hotel or supplier.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 You confirm that all information provided during booking—including guest names, ages, contact details, passport information, and payment details—is accurate, complete, and authentic.
2.2 Any error, incorrect spelling, wrong dates, or incomplete details may lead to booking rejection or additional charges, for which FlySaudi will not be liable.
2.3 You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas, identification, and compliance with local laws and hotel policies.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
3.1 All prices displayed on FlySaudi are based on supplier-provided rates and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Prices may fluctuate due to currency conversion, government taxes, service charges, tourism fees, VAT, or hotel/supplier updates.
3.3 FlySaudi reserves the right to correct pricing errors, even after booking. In such cases, you may choose to:

4.1 A “Booking Request” does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

5.1 All cancellations and amendments are strictly subject to hotel/supplier policies, which may vary based on room type, season, and rate plan.
5.2 Certain bookings may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to 100% charges.
5.3 FlySaudi may charge an additional service or administrative fee for cancellations or modifications.

6. No-Show & Early Departure
6.1 A “No-Show” (failure to check in on the booked date) may lead to full charges, regardless of circumstances.
6.2 Early check-out or unused nights are non-refundable, unless approved by the hotel/supplier.
7. Special Requests
7.1 Requests such as early check-in, late check-out, bedding preferences, smoking rooms, higher floors, views, or connected rooms cannot be guaranteed.
7.2 Fulfillment of requests is at the sole discretion of the hotel.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
14.2 You agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the FlySaudi platform, hotel bookings, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.3 You expressly agree that FlySaudi shall retain the right to initiate legal proceedings in any competent jurisdiction, should such action be necessary to protect its interests, enforce its rights, recover losses, or pursue remedies for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or unlawful conduct.
14.4 You waive any objection to the venue, forum, or jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales, including objections based on inconvenience or lack of personal jurisdiction.

15.1 FlySaudi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
